- Personality: Personality is defined as the characteristic sets of behaviors, cognitions, and emotional patterns that evolve from biological and environmental factors. While there is no generally agreed upon definition of personality, most theories focus on motivation and psychological interactions with one’s environment.
- Motivation: A designer must always find motivation to keep the spirit up. You must find something that gives or boost up your energy to keep the pace going and never giving up at any problem encountered.
- Environment: Your environment will affect your creativity level, if you are in an area where your clients are satisfied with just good enough, you are not like to grow and increase in your creativity but creativity is money consuming, you invest in your researches. During those periods of researches, you will spoil soany things. How will w handle it if you have spent all you have in the course of experimentations? Therefore, the environment you’re is key to your success and thriving.

We cannot call it over-exaggeration to say that such designers were born for the bussines than fashion. Fashion designing is like a spirit that possesses a man, it does not let go till it has wrecked damage on that medium. In this case, that spirit possesses the man to make and not mar him. In their sleep, designers are wreathed with unimaginable designs in their dreams.
“Beauty, they say, is in the eye of the beholder.” But nothing is to compare with the eyes of an eagles, Which has the capability to see colors even more vividly than humans can. The eagle can even see ultraviolet light and pick out more shades of one color. Their ability to see the ultraviolet light allows them to see the bodily traces left by their prey. That is the quality we possess to give the best of what we bring with us from EV’MAN to offer to the industry.
The gift of God is always the best, no man can replace it, not with anything else. Eagles do not struggle to fly neither does an elephant eat much to grow fat, those are natural attributes to them. The eagle naturally soars to high altitudes and has the best of eyesight that can stare straight into the sun. It is also natural for an elephant to be bug and fat. Therefore, a born designer will never struggle to design, it comes natural with his creation.
